The NARPO Conference will take place at Blackpool on Friday 8 September 2023 with the theme 'Safety, Support and Wellbeing.' 
 
As well as the main debate around the incorporation of NARPO, there will be a presentation on Welfare and its wider issues with input from Eddie McGrath Secretary of Merseyside Branch, Helen Blackshaw from Police Mutual, Colonel Patrick Cairns from the Police Treatment Centre at Harrogate and Jon Carter-Long from Flint House Rehabilitation Centre at Goring.  
 
Later in the morning session Paul Griffiths and London Branch Member Kate Halpin will give a talk about the Police History Society.  
 
In the afternoon Kerry Henry from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit will talk about Cyber Crime security information and any cyber threats or scams.  
 
Later in the afternoon David Halliwell Senior Counsel from NARPO Parliamentary Advisors Connect will update delegates on their recent on behalf of the Association.
