I worked with Brendan at Kentish Town, where were very young PCs and enjoyed it immensely.
Proper policing for local people from a police station! Sadly a rarity now.
He was such a lovely man to work with, helpful, urbane, friendly and easy going with a great dryish sense of humour.
It was a pleasure to work with him so I am very sad to hear of his passing.
